Government Software Sales Associate

We are seeking Government Software Sales Associates to co-develop and execute our sales strategy. We're looking for highly-motivated individuals experienced in selling SaaS solutions to government agencies in the US, and capable of understanding these agencies' biggest challenges, to provide them with solutions that address their needs.

We are looking for Associates who share our core values, know how to work urgently with optimism, and would add to our extremely driven culture. At GLASS we're creating a software ecosystem that simplifies governments’ processes to support them in operating more efficiently, transparently and responsively. As a Government Software Sales Associate, you will be a part of that mission.

Responsibilities

  • Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas to government
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts within Public Sector agencies
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and products demonstrations to governments, by phone and via online demos

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into the Public Sector
  • Direct sales experience in an enterprise level Account Executive role or equivalent quota-carrying role
  • Great negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Highly organized, self-starter with attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a creative mindset

We are seeking a government software sales expert who understands and has established successful government software sales strategies for fast-growing companies in their early stages. We're looking for an expert with a proven track record of selling into the Public Sector, and SaaS sales experience selling into large enterprise-level organizations B2G or B2B.

At GLASS we're creating a software ecosystem that simplifies governments’ processes to support them in operating more efficiently, transparently and responsively. As the Government Sales Lead, you will play a critical role to make this happen.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the early government adopters of our software solutions
  • Enable early government customer acquisition
  • Lead our go-to-market strategy for government software sales
  • Develop and negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts with prospective government clients
  • Forecast sales activity and estimated revenue achievements
